Here is the entrance to a local house with the national flag of Peru and the local flag of Cusco hanging outside
When we looken into the door of the very same house there were hundreds of guinea pigs living in the kitchen. They are a local delicacy and are usually eaten when they are about three months old. It is considered good luck to have them living in your house (now we have rabbits in our house)
In one side of the one-room house there are shrines dedicated to the ancestors with skulls, bones, and many more things which might scare you in the middle of the night.
These two women sang for us and were spinning wool . Friendly people everywhere.
A wonderful example od stonemasonry of the incas. This wall is about three thousend years old and they did not use any concrete or cement between the stones.
